Our family and guests really enjoyed Christian's Communion party last Saturday, May 14th. The food was scrumptious, the service outstanding, and the setting was perfect! Hi Nancy,
Just want to say thank you for the wonderful time we had on Saturday! As I mentioned before, I have had both of my daughters' bridal showers at the Lobster Shanty and now one of the baby showers. As usual, the food is delicious and your staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter's mother-in-law told me the day after the shower she received alot of phone calls from relatives telling her what a great time they had. Thank you again for all your help!

Dear Nancy, Theresa & the Lobster Shanty Staff,
Thank you for making our 10/01/10 wedding amazing. We cannot say enough about your place. You worked patiently with us on every detail. All of our questions were answered quickly! The day of the event we did not worry about a thing. You guys did not miss a detail and we had the time of our lives. Theresa is a true gem. She not only helped my husband & I but she was always checking on our parents too. We had more than one of our friends comment on the fact that we had the nicest staff ever and the most food at a wedding that they've ever seen.

Thank your so much for everything you've done for us to make our day so special! We had a beautiful reception and it was just what we wanted. Some family and friends has asked me at first if it would be "weird" having our reception there after I worked there for 12 years! But, I just love that room, love the people and knew that it would just feel like "home" to me!...And it did! We had a great time and a beautiful day. Thank you for everything!

Dear Ms. Dickson,
Last week, September 11th, my husband had a retirement party for me in the ballroom of the Lobster Shanty in Point Pleasant Beach. We thank you for your advice, planning and help booking. We would also like to compliment the excellent staff, headed by Beverly who oversaw the details of the banquet last Saturday. She was extremely accommodating and saw to our every need. The bartender and the waitress, Lisa Pierce, Meg and another young lady, were all excellent. We were extremely pleased with the service.
Many people raved about the room, the view and the delicious food. Some are thinking of having parties there in the future.

Dear Nancy,
I had the pleasure of working with you on arranging a surprise 75th Birthday Party for my husband Arthur. The party was held on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at the Lobster Shanty in Point Pleasant Beach. I wanted to let you know that every detail of the party was done to perfection. From the moment that I booked the party, a year ago, I have been impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and respect that was extended to me by you and your staff.
I have aranged private parties and special events throughout my professional career and I have worked with a variety of banquet facilities and restaurants. I have never experienced such patience and cooperation from the banquet staff before. You all out-did yourselves to create such a perfect and memorable event for my husband, our family and friends.
Everything about the event exuded class. Your ballroom is magnificent and the view is breathtaking. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The Birthday Cake was absolutely wonderful! Your serving staff was always pleasant and very courteous. Every request that I had, both before and during the event, was granted with a smile. The DJ that you recommended was excellent too.
I would especially like to thank Beverly who oversaw the day's events. She was an absolute delight to work with and was extremely sweet and cooperative. Jill was also very helpful before the event.
You should be very proud of the wonderful work that you all do. You helped to create a magical day for us that will always be a very special memory. My husband said it best, "This is the happiest day of my life".
I owe all of you an enormous debt of gratitude. You all truly do God's work in helping to make people's dreams come true!

Hi Nancy,
I was hoping to get an opportunity to sit down and write you and your staff a real Thank you note but I am afraid I will never remember to do that!
I just wanted to let you know that we all really appreciate all you did to accommodate our party before and the day off. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile indeed!
The food was delicious and was raved about by all. My favorite was the ice cream bar - the fudge was so fresh, I could have eaten that all day!
Most of all I want to thank you as I really appreciate your personal touches. I certainly noticed the color scheme pulled into the icing on the cake! That was such a good call and impressive.
Thank you again. As always we remain happy patrons of all your properties at the Point and now we will all gladly recommend your facilities and catering services as well.

Kudos to the [Sunset Ballroom]! My daughter's wedding shower was held on Sat. 9/20 and everything was wonderful. Theresa was so sweet and the room was set beautifully when we arrived one hour early to set up. Everything went perfectly.

Hi Nancy,
I will be sending a letter to your corporate headquarters later on this week, but I wanted to touch base with you today.
What a wedding. The entire staff was beyond wonderful. I am not good with names, so I apologize, but the maitre'd was fantastic. We were so nervous before the ceremony, but she calmed us all down, walked us through the entire process and was there whenever we needed her. The bartenders were amazing. The wait staff couldn't do enough for the guests. I have been getting calls since Sunday morning raving about the room, food, service, absolutely everything. Friends of mine who I would consider a bit on the snobbish side are going to look into tile Shanty when their daughter gets engaged. They couldn't get over it.
It was absolutely perfect.
Thank you so much for working with me during my melt down. You are a true professional.
